What are your rates? +

Many of our services are free to the Dermatology community! We often offer trainings, audits and assessments as complimentary tools to support Dermatologists nationwide.

Our revenue cycle management services range between 4-6% of collections, depending on the scope of services.

Does it matter what Practice Management platform I use? +

Our preferred practice management partner is AdvancedMD. We offer access to their industry leading product as a bundled part of our RCM service fee. We support many other software platforms, on a case by case basis. We invite you to reach out to our team to discuss your software needs and challenges.

Can you help my practice with our patient billing needs? +

Handling your patient balances with consistency and compassion is something we’re passionate about. We kick off the patient experience with helpful and accurate information about their benefits and anticipated patient responsibility. When balances occur, we ensure that statements are sent out immediately and on a consistent cycle. We partner with a leading patient billing platform that allows your patients to pay via secure text and even email, eliminating convoluted patient portal steps. In the event of an overdue balance, we contact your patients personally, no automated calls. Our friendly, knowledgeable, customer service team, educates your patients about their payment options and helps resolve any questions or concerns about their bills. We also maintain relationships with strategic collection agencies nationwide to ensure that bad debt accounts are handled with compassion and respect.

We know that every workflow in your practice is critical to the overall success and sustainability.
